Disclaimer

Please read this disclaimer carefully before accessing, attending, or purchasing any educational content, webinars, courses, seminars, or programs offered by the Nutritional Pathology Institute, Harmony Healing Center, or Dr. Brandon Lundell, D.C. (collectively, "NPI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth below.

1. Professional Credentials and Scope of Practice

Dr. Brandon Lundell holds a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree and is licensed to practice chiropractic in the state of Colorado. He is not a Medical Doctor (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.), or licensed physician under any state medical practice act.

Dr. Lundell has completed extensive post-graduate training in functional health, clinical nutrition, and laboratory interpretation. His educational programs draw on this training and his 20+ years of clinical experience. However, the term "functional medicine" as used in connection with NPI educational content refers to a body of clinical knowledge and a framework for systems-based patient assessment — it does not imply the practice of medicine as defined under applicable state law.

In all professional and educational contexts, Dr. Lundell's credentials are properly referenced as Dr. Brandon Lundell, D.C. Use of the title "Doctor" or "Dr." by a chiropractor in Colorado is governed by C.R.S. § 12-215-117 and is used here in accordance with that statute.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content published, presented, or distributed by NPI — including but not limited to webinars, online courses, seminars, written materials, protocols, case studies, and email communications — is provided solely for continuing education and professional development purposes.

This content is designed for licensed healthcare professionals, including but not limited to:

  • Doctors of Chiropractic (D.C.)

  • Medical Doctors (M.D.) and Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)

  • Naturopathic Doctors (N.D.)

  • Nurse Practitioners (N.P.) and Physician Assistants (P.A.)

  • Registered Dietitians (R.D.) and other licensed nutrition professionals

  • Other licensed or credentialed healthcare practitioners

NPI educational content is not intended for use by the general public as guidance for personal health decisions.

3. Not Medical Advice — No Practitioner-Patient Relationship

Nothing in any NPI program, course, webinar, seminar, written material, email, website, or communication of any kind constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or a recommendation for the diagnosis, treatment, or management of any specific patient.

Participation in any NPI educational offering does not create a practitioner-patient relationship between Dr. Lundell, NPI, or any affiliated instructor and any participant or participant's patients. Dr. Lundell and NPI do not have access to your patients' medical records, clinical history, or individual circumstances, and no content should be interpreted as guidance tailored to any individual patient case.

All clinical decisions — including diagnosis, treatment selection, laboratory ordering, supplement recommendation, and patient management — remain the sole professional responsibility of the licensed practitioner applying this education within their own practice.

4. Your Scope of Practice Is Your Responsibility

NPI programs are designed to expand clinical knowledge and reasoning skills. However, completing any NPI course, webinar, seminar, mentorship program, or certification program:

  • Does not expand your professional scope of practice beyond what your license permits in your jurisdiction

  • Does not fulfill any licensing requirements unless you independently verify CE credit acceptance with your state licensing board

  • Does not authorize you to render care, make diagnoses, prescribe medications, or recommend treatments outside the boundaries of your license

  • Does not constitute endorsement by any licensing body or regulatory agency

You are solely responsible for understanding the scope of practice permitted under your professional license in your jurisdiction and for applying NPI educational content only within that scope.

5. Continuing Education Credits

Where NPI programs indicate that continuing education (CE) credits may be available, this is subject to the following important qualifications:

  • CE credit approval varies by state, license type, and licensing board. Approval in one state does not guarantee approval in another.

  • CE credit availability and approval status may change. You are responsible for verifying current acceptance with your state licensing board before relying on any program for CE credit.

  • Some states require pre-approval of CE courses by the provider prior to the renewal period. NPI makes no representation that any program satisfies CE requirements for any particular state or license type.

  • Participants are responsible for maintaining their own CE records and submitting documentation to their licensing board as required.

NPI recommends confirming CE credit acceptance with your licensing board before enrolling in any program for CE purposes.

6. Discussions of Supplements, Nutrition, and Laboratory Testing

NPI educational programs frequently discuss dietary supplements, nutritional interventions, laboratory testing, and functional health assessments. The following applies to all such content:

  • Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Supplement discussions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Laboratory reference ranges, interpretation frameworks, and testing protocols discussed in NPI programs reflect Dr. Lundell's clinical experience and available scientific research. They are presented as educational frameworks, not as definitive standards of care.

  • NPI programs may reference specific supplement brands or products as illustrative examples. This does not constitute an endorsement, and practitioners should exercise independent clinical judgment in product selection.

  • Biotics Research Corporation sponsors certain NPI events. Sponsored content will be identified as such. Sponsorship does not influence the clinical or educational content of NPI programs.

7. No Guarantee of Clinical Outcomes

NPI provides education based on Dr. Lundell's clinical experience and current available research. Healthcare is inherently complex and individualized. NPI makes no representation or guarantee that applying any educational content will produce specific clinical outcomes for any practitioner's patients.

Every patient is different. Treatment approaches that work for some patients may not be appropriate or effective for others. Practitioners are expected to exercise independent professional judgment and to apply educational content within the context of their own clinical training, patient relationships, and applicable standards of care.

8. Third-Party References and Links

NPI educational content may reference third-party research, publications, websites, or resources. Such references are provided for informational purposes only. NPI does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any third-party content.

9. Intellectual Property Notice

All NPI educational content — including course materials, protocols, case studies, presentations, videos, and written resources — is the proprietary intellectual property of Dr. Brandon Lundell and the Nutritional Pathology Institute. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sharing, or commercial use of any NPI content is prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NPI, Dr. Brandon Lundell, D.C., Harmony Healing Center, and their respective affiliates, instructors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Participation in or reliance on any NPI educational program

  • Application of NPI educational content in clinical practice

  • Any clinical outcomes experienced by practitioners or their patients

  • Technical issues related to platform access or content delivery

By enrolling in any NPI program, you agree that NPI's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to any claim.

11. Updates to This Disclaimer

NPI reserves the right to update this disclaimer at any time. The most current version will be published on the NPI website. Continued use of NPI services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.

This disclaimer does not constitute legal advice. NPI recommends that practitioners consult with their own legal counsel regarding scope of practice, CE credit requirements, and other jurisdiction-specific obligations.
